- Cloud — activate the existing module Site.pro on the Modules page;
- On your server — install the site-builder on your server with ISPmanager.
- Activate a trial license for 7 days and specify the IP address of your server with ISPmanager in the license.
- Install the plug-in Site.pro. Learn more in the section “Installing the module”.
Installing the module
Navigate to the Modules section to activate the management module (it is disabled by default).
Clicking Install will set up and configure the module automatically. Once completed, users will be able to create websites in the site builder.
To be able to use the module please sign up with Site.pro. In your client area, create a license and specify the public IP address of the server with ISPmanager.
You can use Site.Pro for free if only one website will be created for every IP address. To create more websites, you will have to buy a Site.Pro license.
Creating a site
After you have installed the Site.Pro module, drill down to the user level –> WWW-domains –> Site builder button.
Select a WWW domain and click “Site builder”. You will be redirected to Site.Pro where you can create a new website
Exporting your site from Site.Pro into ISPmanager
Create a website and click on Save to export the data from the site builder to your server with ISPmanager. The website files will be located in the home directory of the WWW-domain that you have selected. The data are transferred through FTP. The FTP user spro_fhei3232dskj (where fhei3232dskj is a unique sequence of symbols) will be created on the server with ISPmanager for connecting to the server.
Note: if you move the exported files from the directory of domain.com into the directory of another-domain.com, entering another-domain.com in the browser window will open the website that you have created in SitePro.
However, in ISPmanager –>WWW domain –> another-domain.com → “Site builder” you won’t see your site there, because the site template in Site.Pro is associated and identified by the domain that you selected when going to SitePro.
